STEPHANIE M. HATTON, PLA founded Crescere Design in 2007.  Ms. Hatton is a licensed landscape architect in California, Arizona, and Utah with years of professional design and project management experience.  She was educated at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada (Bachelor of Landscape Architecture) and the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ (Master of Landscape Architecture).

Stephanie has a broad background in the design and implementation of landscape architectural projects from small, single lot sites to large, multi-million dollar facility development.  She has extensive experience in public sector design and considerable experience with design/build method of delivery.

In addition to her design credentials, she is also a certified professional coach and graduate of a rigorous, year-long leadership and coaching training program who is a highly effective project facilitator and brings to each endeavor a wide range of experience in managing and working with interdisciplinary teams and divergent stakeholders.
